“I, Chad Simmons, Chairman of the Botetourt County Republican Committee do hereby call a meeting of the Botetourt County Republican Committee to be held at the Troutville Town Hall located at 5419 Lee Hwy, Troutville, VA at 7:00PM on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 for the following purposes”:

   1. Daniel Gade signs/handouts
   2. Volunteers to sell signs one Saturday morning at various locations in County
   3. Providing transportation to the polls
   4. Training for “door-to door” campaigning
